All eligible Reliance employees receive life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, short- and long-term disability at no cost. Employees may elect to purchase supplemental life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment for themselves and their eligible dependents.
Reliance Rewards is RSAC's signature health and welfare benefits program. Employees may choose to enrol themselves and their eligible dependents into medical, dental, vision, and opt to participate in health or dependent care flexible spending accounts. These optional benefits require employee contributions, which are deducted before tax basis from employee paychecks.
