Why am I being asked to provide race/ethnicity, disability and veteran status as part of the application process and how is this information used?


As a federal government contractor, we are required to collect and record certain applicant information. Applicants for employment are invited to indicate their minority, disabled, and/or veteran status. Note that you are under no obligation to respond to the questions, and all responses will remain confidential. We use this information for development of our Affirmative Action Programs. Declining to provide the information will have no bearing on your employment application.
