I'm having issues applying online. Who can I contact for help?


Here are some tips to help resolve issues you may be experiencing:

  • Always complete the application within a 45 minute time frame.
  • Use current version of Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer 10 or 11.
  • Clear temporary files and cookies before starting application process. Ensure that the process is complete, close all other web browsers.
  • If trying to complete an eForm, open the eForm link received via email link. Do not leave the application idle for more than 20 minutes as it will time out.
  • Have all information on hand to limit research time.
  • Follow all field data format requirements. (e.g., phone numbers must be in ### ### #### format and dates in MM/DD/YYYY format). Never place N/A in a date field or phone number field.
  • If any field is outlined in Red, correct the issue as requested before moving forward in the application.
  • If you need to go back or forward in the application, use the buttons in the program, not the browser back and forward buttons.
  • Use a computer not a phone or tablet.
  • If issues persist, send your resume to recruitment@rsac.com. You must specify the position for which you are applying in the subject line or body of the e-mail.
